You will have to select a certain choice of payment, and from there you will receive a conformation email. The email you will recieve tells you when check in is at the hotel and where you will be able to pick up your tickets for the event. 

Yes, you have the ability to return the deal as long as it is within 10 days of purchasing. If you are not longer able to attend the event Higher Ed Entertainment will return the price of the event to you in full. After, the 10 days Higher Ed Entertainment will credit you for the price of the ticket, this credit can be used to purchase further Higher Ed events but a refund will not be issued. 

Yes, you are able to purchase the deals for someone else as a gift. After recieving the conformation email you will have all of the details. However, when purchasing, you must put it under their name for check in and ticketing purposes.
